Mental and physical wellbeing can go hand in hand. You need to look after both.

Here is some information on mental and physical wellbeing, including national and local health campaigns. You can also look on the Royal College of Psychiatrists website or Mind at We also have a page discussing some common mental health conditions on our website.

Our Your Life Your Health booklet (useful for anyone who wants to get healthier) containing websites on topics such as giving up smoking or drinking. There’s also websites for physical activities such as walking and cycling. And for those of us who also have physical conditions such as autism or diabetes there are support websites too. Frontline is a new community project that helps the public and frontline workers to quickly find details on local health and wellbeing services. The three new websites are aimed at people living in Epping Forest, Harlow and Uttlesford and funded by ECC and West Essex CCG.
